Create Love

Ephesians 4:17 Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church.,"

Sometimes we are faced with a situation that causes us to want to speak negative words about someone or a situation. But we need to realize the power that's in our words. Through our words, we have the power to create love where there may not be Love. Through our words, we have the power to create change in that loved one that we thought would never change. (even though we pray for it all the time).

Through God's words, He spoke our very universe into existance. "And God said, Let there be light and there was light" "And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the water, and let it divide the waters from the waters" (Genesis 1:3&6)

Then a little further down in the chapter it says; " And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:..... SO God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.(vs 26&27)

If God can create a whole universe and Man with His spoken word, and we have been created in His image, does that not mean that there is power in our words also?! Our words have the power to create and destroy, our words have the power to build up and tear down. Let's use our words today to "speak the truth in Love" and to "call those things which be not as though they were" (Romans 4:17)

We must speak love to create love!
